The rules for using this site and the files SortedDesk sells. Plain English, and short. Last updated 21 September 2026.

Who we are

SortedDesk is a sole trader business based in Liverpool, England, selling spreadsheets and printable planners as digital downloads. You can reach us at [email protected] and you will get a reply within one working day. By using this site you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

This site does not sell anything

Everything here is information. Purchases happen on Etsy or on Payhip, and when you buy, your contract for that purchase is with SortedDesk on those platforms, subject to their terms as well as these. Prices, availability and delivery of the files are as stated on the listing at the time you buy. If anything on this page contradicts the listing you actually bought from, the listing wins.

What you may do with the files

Files are licensed, not sold outright. When you buy one you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it yourself, for as long as you like, on as many of your own devices as you like, and to print it as often as you want.

You may not resell, share, redistribute or give away the files, upload them anywhere others can download them, or include them in whole or in part in any product, template, bundle or service you sell or give away. You may not claim authorship of them. Commercial use beyond your own household or business admin needs our written permission first — ask, and the answer is often yes.

We keep the copyright in the files and in everything on this site.

Refunds on digital downloads

Because these are digital files delivered instantly, the normal 14-day right to cancel does not survive the download: under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations that right ends once you agree to immediate delivery and the download begins, which is what happens at checkout. That does not affect your statutory rights if a file is faulty, not as described, or does not do what the listing says it does.

If something is wrong with a file, email us and we will fix it or refund it. Refunds for orders placed on Etsy or Payhip are handled through that platform's process, under its policy.

What these products do and do not promise

These are spreadsheets and planners. They help you see and organise your own numbers and your own plans. They are not financial, tax, legal, medical or business advice, and nothing sold here promises any particular outcome — financial or otherwise. Decisions you make using them are yours, and if a decision matters, speak to a qualified professional.

"ADHD-friendly" describes the design of certain planners — big boxes, one job per page, nothing decorative. It is a description of the layout, not a medical claim and not a treatment.

The spreadsheets are built and tested to work in Excel, Google Sheets and Apple Numbers, and each listing says which formats it includes. We cannot guarantee behaviour in software we have not tested, in old versions, or after you have modified the file. Check the listing for what you are getting before you buy.

Please do not try to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to this site, or use it for anything unlawful. We may withdraw access if you do.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove any of it at any time.

This site links out to Etsy, Payhip, Kit and Pinterest, among others. Those sites are not ours, we do not control them, and we are not responsible for their content or their terms. Our links to our Etsy shop are part of Etsy's Share & Save programme, which means Etsy may recognise that a visitor arrived from here; it costs you nothing and changes nothing about what you pay.

Trademarks

SortedDesk is not affiliated with Etsy, Microsoft, Google or Apple. Excel, Google Sheets and Numbers are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to say what our files open in.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit — including your statutory rights as a consumer, which these terms do not affect.

Beyond that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or data, or for any loss arising from a decision you took using one of our files. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to what you paid for the product in question.

Changes and governing law

If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and the version in force is the one published when you bought. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction — though if you live elsewhere in the UK, you keep the right to bring proceedings in your own country.
