Etsy allows a title of up to 140 characters and 13 tags of up to 20 characters each. Search results show much less of the title, often only the first 50 to 70 characters depending on the device, so the main phrase should come first. This is a guideline, not an Etsy figure.
Etsy asks sellers not to use the characters &, : and % more than once each in a title, and repeating the same word many times doesn't help. The best tags are phrases buyers type, not single words, and they should add words that aren't already in the title.
